Jerry Arnold: farms in Litchfield, Nebraska and with his wife, RoJean, helps lead the Litchfield Christian Church. His 35 year history of relating to and encouraging college students through the CSF board and short-term mission trips for the last 6-7 years is amazing.

Trish U
Trish U: has a Masters degree in Education and has been teaching English to international college students for the past 10 years. Trish and her husband, Jack, lived in the Middle East two years before moving to Joplin. They have six children and one grandchild. Connecting with and helping internationals feel welcome has been a major part of her family’s lifestyle for over 30 years.

Christy Dallakoti
Christy Dallakoti: Christy is a former campus minister and has extensive experience in working with female students. Christy was the first female campus minister to be the lead minister on a campus by herself (Greely, Colorado). They live in Denver and have three wonderful children.

Hari Dallakoti
Hari Dallakoti: With his wife Christy owns several UPS stores in Denver. Hari, originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, became a Christian as a student in an American university. He has an MBA in business from UNK and helped Nebraska Christian College relocate and sell their old campus.

David Empson
David Empson: David lives near Indianapolis and is the director of the National Missionary convention. He is familiar with people throughout the nation who have a heart for missions and want to see us reach out to the nations. International outreach is something he hears about frequently from his many travels.

Bob Milliken: Bob is a professor at Nebraska Christian College and very involved in outreach to internationals at the University of Nebraska/Lincoln. Bob taught at UNL for 15 – 20 years in the English department and wrote his dissertation on the work of CS Lewis. He has been a constant source of encouragement and inspiration for me. He preaches on weekends at a rural church in Iowa, teaches at the college in Omaha, and works with international students in Lincoln.

Alberto Baez
Alberto Rodriguez-Baez: lives in San Antonio, TX and has an MBA in International Marketing. Alberto also has first-hand experience as an international since he came to the US from Monterrey, Mexico. He formerly worked with reaching out to new markets for Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs and traveled extensively throughout South America (and even spent some time in Dubai). He is now sought after as a guest lecturer to colleges/universities in the San Antonio area. Alberto and his wife, Deb, have two daughters.

Greg Swinney
Greg Swinney: Ministry Facilitator for Crossroads and the common link between everyone on the Board of Directors. He brings 26 years of experience in campus ministry along with a passion for reaching international students. Greg and Laurie live in Kearney where they raised their daughter Beth, 27, and son Nathan, 23. Over the years Greg has worked to provide quality materials for Bible study and personal spiritual growth for both American and international students.

Cindy Swinney
Cindy Swinney: leads a women’s ministry outreach called New Creations Ministry out of Lincoln, Nebraska. She speaks at women’s conferences and retreats as well as helping women’s ministry groups build their programs and leadership teams. Cindy is helping with database work and promotional projects for Crossroads as well as miscellaneous administration tasks.
